Straight-Cut Frozen French Fries

The familiar straight cut is the starting point for most foodservice programs. We discuss width, length grade and packing together, because those choices affect both kitchen performance and the commercial offer.

Choose the cut for your menu

Available straight-cut options include 7 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 13 mm. A thinner fry suits a crisp, fast-service presentation; a thicker cut gives a fuller potato bite. Tell us the cut already used by your customers so that samples and quotations can be compared on the same basis.

Length is a separate specification

A price for 9 mm fries does not fully define the product. The required percentage of long pieces matters as well. We can discuss Grade A and Grade B length distributions and confirm the sampling method in the product specification before an order is placed.

A practical buyer check

Confirm these points against the exact SKU and destination before finalizing a quotation or order.
