Private-Label Frozen Fries: Order Planning

Private label is more than a new logo on a bag. The product specification, pack dimensions, market labeling and artwork all need to match before printing starts.

Approve the product first

Set the cut, coating, length grade and bag weight. Then confirm the ingredient statement and any certification or destination-market wording required on the pack. Artwork should be reviewed against the approved SKU, not a generic template.

Allow for the first print run

Initial custom packaging preparation generally takes about 15 days. Standard production can be much faster after packing is available and an order slot is confirmed. Ask for a schedule tied to your actual artwork and order quantity.

A practical buyer check

Confirm these points against the exact SKU and destination before finalizing a quotation or order.

  • Product specification and artwork must agree
  • First custom-pack preparation: about 15 days
  • Confirm printing minimums before the order

Can we start with standard packing?

Standard labeled packing can be discussed while a private-label design is being prepared.
